Well to be perfectly sure that if your hen had a disease and you think your other girls might get it, you could probably try and clean the coop and disinfect it.
I hope all your girls stay healthy though

So sorry for your loss
Same thing happened to me. I never found out why or what had happened. I found her in the nesting box and she was due to start laying. I can only assume there were complications.
