For those who don't know ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis) has been known as Lou Gehrig's disease.

I am so sorry to hear the diagnosis on your mom. My youngest sister was still in high school ,when our mother passed on from cancer. I will keep you and your family in my thoughts and send healing energies your way.

My heart goes out to you and your family. I lost my own mother to ALS 17 years ago this very month, yet she is still with me in everything I do. The greatest thing she taught me was to prepare for the worst and hope for the best, and I hope the very best for you and your family.

Hugs and prayers heading your way. Please don't give up hope. I would definetly research herbs. And don't forget what Nancy Reagan did - she took 1 day at a time, and simply put one foot in front of the other when dealing with Pres. Reagan.
