Hard to say, can't really tell where on the bird they are.
Take a pic from farther away show more, or all, of the bird.

If that's a pic of the base of the tail, I'd say yes, but I can't really tell. Try taking some full pics of the bird if possible.

What makes you say so, is it the comb? I don't see anything besides the comb that would make me say cockerel, and at 4 months old that could be attributed to an early bloomer pullet
