    Can someone please tell me what saddle feathers are? Maybe a picture to show me? Thanks

    I think it's the feathers that run down the chicken's back just before the tailfeathers.

    They are long thin pointy feathers near the tail on the back that spread over both sides in a fringe like fashion

    On lucky they are golden colored with black

    On ZoomZoom they are dark orange colored next to the deep rust color on his back and hang long...
