Safe dewormer?

I have heard and seen that Safeguard is completely safe for humans. I have even seen people demonstrate this by taking some themselves orally. I'm not sure I would go that far but my question is, doesn't this seem to suggest that Safeguard could be used while continuing to eat the eggs?

Some people might be allergic to it, so I think that's why people usually wait two weeks after the last dose to eat eggs or meat from a treated bird.

Safeguard is not on this list but, the ingredient in Valbezan (Albendazole) and ivermectin is.
