So I’m using safeguard goat dewormer . What the dosage for chicken ?? And how should I give it to them orally or in water ? Help please TIA.

I no there be eggs withdrawals period . Idk what worms but I notice she was so lethargic and not eat or walking around . Her head keep dropping down when she stay at one spot and she keep have runny poop that are clear with stringy white stuff . So I’m thinking she have worms .
