Safety hole and membrane bled

Help!!
What do I do??
I’m a first time hatcher and I did what I thought was best but the membrane bled and I’m not sure what to do. My instinct is just to leave it be now.

What can happen on a small scale?
Hitting a blood vessel? If you drilled a safety hole into the air sac, you really should not have hit any blood vessels.
