I had a heat lamp fall into a tank and burn clear through the GLASS tank floor, the carpet, and then the wood underneath. Thankfully nothing caught fire, just smoldered and melted in the heat (and filled the house up with smoke). I had one really ticked Nile Monitor in there, he was smart enough to submerge himself in his water dish. Lil' bugger bit me when I grabbed him and rushed him outside >_<
