Hey there so I noticed on both of my “Anconas” who I’m pretty sure are actually mixed breeds that they have buldging rears I’ve been told there just eggs sacks as one of them started developing it last year and the other less severe one started developing it this fall but what’s concerning me is the feather loss. I don’t think it’s water belly since it’s squishy but I’m not sure what to do or even how to wrap it (face mask wouldn’t stay on)

I’ve soaked her in Epsom salts and warm water and put some spray but if u know of anything else I can do or how to wrap it please let me know!!!

Are their bellies dragging the ground? water belly is squishy belly. It's fluid that builds up in the abdominal cavity.
Are they laying?
This will show you a picture of a duck with water belly

They are dragging there belly’s but I’ve heard water belly feels more like a water balloon? I’m not an expert though… I have a couple photos of them.

Also I do believe they are laying since I got a double yoke from who I think was one of them two days ago

This might be fat pads, just like overfed chickens develop also.

What exactly and how much are you feeding them?
They have 24/7 access to there purina flock raiser pellets and veggies here and there along with scratch (mostly eaten by our chickens) or grubs every now and then
