Said goodbye to my babies...

My dad decided it was time that he'd get rid of my chickens.. without warning me. Needless to say, I was pretty ticked! I've cooled off, though. He gave the four to a man from church that I trust... but still, I'd rather have them myself. Two of the four I'd hatched myself and was going on my fourth year of keeping. The other two I'd acquired along the way, but loved just as much! The guy did say I could have them back if my parents and I "came to an agreement"... I don't know about them, but I'm pretty sure I'll have my babies back soon.

Our backyard shed was made into a chicken coop, and they wanted it back for the winter.

probably wouldn't take much to throw something together as a small coop. if you begin to make an effort, they might help out
