This is about the new wavy tear on Charmin's toilet paper. From P&G's website:

“Consumers’ #1 complaint to our call centers over the years has been the uneven tears from the square shape,” said Weaver. “The uneven tear is a result of straight perforations that don’t match the direction that consumers pull sheets and where the toilet paper is hung in the bathroom. The new Charmin wavy perforation ensures that you’re able to tear smoothly no matter where and how you tear.”

The uneven tear is the #1 complaint?!?! We're doomed. The human race is ... just ... doomed.

If you don't mind a rabbit trail...

I'm looking for gluten- and corn-free ideas for snacks.

All the kids and various girlfriends/ fiancées are coming for five days. One of the girls needs gluten-free and corn-free.

I think I have the main meals thought out but the snacks have been difficult. If it helps, we do a lot of board games, card games, puzzles, and such.

My #1 complaint is the shrinking toilet paper roll size. We've been getting jumbo rolls, too big to fit in our holder.

I got a larger holder...and now the rolls are small enough to fit the old holder. Inflation isn't just prices increasing, it's product size decreasing, too.

I have to be corn free, so for me pretzels work. But are they gluten free?

Oof. That's gonna be a lot harder.

Can you make a Chex mix with rice Chex? Peanuts, soy nuts (read the ingredients, of course), and worcestershire. Lea and Perrins brand is GF, I think. I don't know what else... there are GF pretzels (which are VERY good), but I don't know if they contain corn.
🤔

Yeah, on the news they call it "shrink-flation." Then there's "skimp-flation," when they use cheaper ingredients, or cheap fillers to bulk stuff up.

I just bought a 2 pound bag of popping corn, and it all fit into the jar that it normally doesn't all fit into... wth? OH!!! It's the 30 ounce, 2 pound bag. Not the 32 ounce, 2 pound bag.

There is a brand (name escapes me atm) that is GF, and I like them better than regular pretzels, back before I was GF. I haven't bought them in a while, as I'm watching my salt intake, and I can go waaaay overboard on those.

Maybe check to see if any of the GF crackers are also corn free. Rice flour makes a good, crispy cracker.
