Salt and Pepper

Guessing and giving medicine is not good animal husbandry.

If it's that hot there, I would first suspect dehydration in a bird that was lethargic and inactive.
A dose of Sav-A-Chick electrolytes/vitamins would be the only 'treatment' I'd give.
You can mix a small amount(1/8 tsp SAC to 1 Cup water)and give in a chick waterer or dish. Provide fresh plain water at the same time.

Don't separate the 2 SLW, if they do have some disease, they are both already exposed.
A large chunk of ice in a shallow pan can do much relieve heat stress.

When mine walk around with their mouths open I put a shallow pan of water with ice in it and add a bowl of sunflower seeds in the middle so they have to stand in the ice water to eat them!

i added a misting system and ACV and electrolytes to their water. She seems to be perking up a little. The chicken guru at our local feed store, Tom, thought it was heat exhaustion, since she doesn’t have any discharge.
So again, thank you everyone! Sometimes this chicken thing is a scary. I want only the best for my girls. Healthy happy chickens rule the day!!
