I was wondering, does any one else here take SAM-e for moods?
If so, does it help you?
It was buy one get one free at Wal Greens and I decided to try it. Its about $40 a box, but if it works, I dont care how much it cost.

Its suppose to naturally restore a healthy mood.

Today is my 3rd day of taking it.
It says it takes 7 to 14 days to fully work, but so far my moods have been better then normal

I've heard good things from people that it worked. I'm desperate for something myself. Please keep us posted on the effects it has on you.

Ive taken it for 6 days and my moods have been much better then normal.

I've had ups and down on it,but like I've told my husband nothing is going to cure me overnight.
Overall my moods have been MUCH better on it.
