Cities will limit how many and what kind of animals you can have, yet anyone can pop out as many children as they want without being required to take care of or have space for them. It's a sad world. I think limits on pets of any kind are just absurd. When will people realize animals are not a threat to civilized life and that there is room enough for all of us, including those with feathers and fur?
