we have my dad's goats & sheep we take care of. Breeds honestly unknown. they are pretty & amusing. had four babies born in the last 3 weeks, and =) two more babies born today! my stepmom used to milk the goats and make cheese before she passed away, I haven't been brave enough, nor honestly can I make the time commitment =( although I do hope to get myself organized enough to do it in the future... I miss the fresh cheese!

I had my sister pick up the white duck from the San Bernardino Animal shelter. She's a beautiful little Muscovy. The first day she was real good but when I let her out the next day she flew to the middle of the pasture! I got a good work out chasing and catching her and then scoured the net for the best way to clip wings. We decided flight feathers on one wing. Right now she's in a chicken coop. I hope she gets along with the other ducks. Any ideas on introductions?

HOW WONDERFUL to see this post! Some peeps went over to try to get miss duck, the same day you did, and you beat them to her! I am SO GLAD to read where she went and that she has a great home!
