Wow bare land? Are you going to build or put in a modular home.... OH my bad... Did they show you the corner markers on your land. Nice house and horse facilities....

No but it shows you a pie shaped bit across the road. The realtor should be able to show you your property markers. Take a look at the address on google then flip from satellite view and back to map view back and forth it will show you what google has for property lines.

Google maps arent known to be accurate in many cases but I would verify if possible.

Can anyone recommend or refer me to a homeowners insurance agent/company that will cover a house in a brush zone?

Hi Guys,

We tried everyone and were having to consider going thru California Fair Plan but we found Dave Noble Allstate in Hemet
He was the only guy we could find who issued fire insurance to us on Palomar Mountain. they came out, made a couple of reasonable suggestions,
asked we send pics back when we had made minor changes, we did and got insurance issued PDQ!

We were so happy with him we got auto policies transferred to his office as well. Never happier.
