Ok everyone, everything worked out fine! A BIG thank you to All American Chick and Enzolove for picking up their orders and helping me load and unload bags! We were able to get enough people get their orders to fit the rest of the order into the truck and bring it home in one BIG load! And no rain! YAY! I now have it all stacked safely in the back of the truck where it will stay until Sunday, covered by 3 layers of plastic and a huge tarp, just in case! So whew, safe and made it! Thanks again for your help Renee and Michelle!

I'm so sorry - I just saw this thread and that you needed help. I was up in Escondido all morning, but at the very least could have come and shlepped some bags! Are you good until Sunday now, or do you want me to come down tonight and get my stuff (and anybody else's who lives more up north)? I can throw the boys in the car and come down anytime now.

Doesn't anyone have a bird to be a foster parent ? My silly showgirl will not have anything to do with her man so I put her to work doing something else and she is taking her job seriously. 28 chicks fit under the little girl.

It was $175, but I know I will get lots of use for it so I didn't mind. I'll be happy if I can sell my chicks off. I keep all "chicken related money" separate so I know kinda how much I am spending on feed/supplies etc. and how much I'm making back. Keeps hubby happy he is not paying for the chickens (aside from labor - building stuff. lol) Usually it evens out, but now the pot's empty and I need to sell chicks and eggs to get something back in there!

I'll be bringing for sale: good quality baby silkies blue/black split (parents came from sunshine silkies http://www.sunshinesilkies.com/apps/photos/), baby silver laced old english game, san diego zoo red jungle fowl hatching eggs, silver laced oegb hatching eggs, duck eggs for eating, a pet quality blue silkie hen-awesome mommy- and her blue baby (black dad from sunshine), a splash silkie roo (from sunshine).

**Oh and probably 2 crested mallard laying hens if anyone is interested.​
