the one we use in hospitals is dermabond.its about 25 bucks a single use vial but great stuff

super glue will work just as well but it stings like crazy on a cut.

best for things like split chins, heads, clean gashes. not for abrasions. i use it on skin closures for pacemakers

hilflowerranch is an ER nurse. she prob uses a lot more.

Yup! And a staple gun! Although don't think eggs would hold up to being stapled :)

don't forget the saline and Iodine bottles from the suture kits! LOL....good for stocking up! we use the 1Liter bottles instead of the little ones that come in the kit so they give me the little bottles...When I go horse camping it's part of my first aid kit for the animals..I have one for the horses, one for the dogs and one for the peoples!

the last time I sutured anything up was the chef's thumb on a 10 day long range San Diego - Mexico fishing trip. You should try using a disposable needle driver in a 15 foot swell. We were 36 hours from the nearest Mexican town.

Its handy to have the stuff if and when you need it.
