San Diego Chicken meetup and Chat thread

Ok, so I had been thinking Sat. Feb 15th for a meetup here at my ranch but do you guys think that is too close to offgridmamas date? I don't want to compete and have people only come to one and not the other because of it only being two weeks apart. If it's better i can do one in late april to kind of spread it out more between the three dates?? ...or are you guys too anxious for one and need it now?-cause I'd love to have you. Lol

BTW -my byc friends (and the kids!) are always welcome to visit anyway it gets kinda lonely up here!

I'd wait since there's one planned just a couple of weeks after. Maybe you could do one in the summer. Would be fun to BBQ since you have the space to spread out. We could plan some fun events maybe. What do you think?

Work has been crazy last year, so I have not been able to attend any meet-ups or to be on here on BYC much.
I definitely want to change that in 2014 and hopefully will be able to attend both meetings.
I am also Chef Glenn "coffee" and "All American Chick" goat milk deprived...., so hopefully that will change soon

Yeah... then we can take the time to plan something big and it doesn't get that hot here, there is shade, and lots of room to do whatever we want without anyone around to care. a bbq would be fun and i bet we could plan some really cool stuff.
