San Diego County??

Hi all in SD area. Anybody know were to get fertile eggs for hatching? I've bought on E-bay but have had no luck hatching in my bator so far. I'd like to get some local fertile eggs that I can pick up myself as a control group. Want to see if it's my bator or shipped eggs that's the problem. I've got some BCMS on order and have 'True" Auracanas that should hatch on March 3rd. Well, I hope so anyway.

There are a bunch of us here in SD with both hens and roos. Look up "Hey San Diego ,lets meet up" in the upper right corner, and state what you're looking for. We just had another meet up on Sunday, sorry you missed it. I don't have roos, so I can't personally help you. Good luck, LaVonne

Hi Rockerchic. Thanks for posting. I've been able to find the thread on the meetings but not the post in the "right hand corner" on "let's meet up'. Also I checked out your web site and love your coop. I built mine to match my house. It's a craftman coop, red and green. As soon as I figure out how to do pics I'll post.

Hi, Sorry I wasn't clear. "In the right hand corner" just referred to the search box. To post a question or request, just do a "reply" by clicking the box at the bottom of the page. We're a friendly group, so someone will be able to help you out. Now to post images, I think you just click "uploads " in the tool bar, and browse to find your images. Once you have them loaded into the upload file, I think you just highlight the description under the photo (in which ever size you want to use) then copy and paste into your text. Let me know if you're still having trouble, and I'll try to help you. I'm still pretty new at this myself, and I mostly learn by trial and error, with friends as a last resort. Good luck, I want to see your coop, LaVonne
