Sand for Chicken bedding?

Should be able to get sand from any landscape co, or redymix plant(concrete plant). I believe they even have dry sand they use in there mix. You will want to get washed sand from a place selling for construction purposes

Thank you all SO MUCH! I appreciate every comment, I'm learning a lot. I will post pics when I get the sand in the coops. Have to wait until the weather is decent :/ getting more snow tonight

I scoop up the poop every day with an extendable cat little scooper.

Can you share a pic of what you use? I am in the process of switching my run to sand only and could use ideas of what to use to scoop
