I have a reptile scooper like Elmo does and a large kitty litter scooper (42" long). Takes me 5 minutes to clean out the coop every day, or every other day if I am lazy. The reptile scooper works for the little poo and the litter scooper works on the big poo. I only use the reptile scooper once a week or less to get all the little pieces of poo out. That takes a little while longer.
