Sand for geese coop? Is silica safe?

I heard good things about sand for geese and how it's more cost effective. I was on my last bag of shavings so I thought to try it out and got this all-purpose construction sand, only to realize after we used it that it contains silica and concrete.

My geese already love it and have been, literally, digging in, but will this hurt them?

I have used that exact same kind of sand in some areas around my ducks and geese for years.
