I am still deciding on dirt or sand...the fine sand is all I've ever seen...I might change my mind if I saw construction sand.

I posted a link to the stuff at Lowes which you can use. You could also call a gravel/sand place and likely get some from there, though you might or might not be able to trust what is in their sand depending on the source.
