Sandhill Crane's with babies - A little more grown up! PIC

About 2 weeks ago I posted some pics of a pair of sandhill crane's with their babies. I saw them again and snapped a shot on my phone. They have doubled in size! The first pic is my original and the second is a pic of one baby with one parent. They were checking out the cows in the field.

Cute! You live near my parents. The 1st time I visited them and was out weeding I saw a bunch of sandhill crane's with their babies. They walked right around me. I was a bit scared of those long beaks. I have been chase down the road in my Expedition by wild Turkeys with babies when they were in my yard. I was totally surprised that they completely ignored me. I could have touched them if I'd wanted to. The are neat looking birds.

I live on a wetlands preserve and these cuties are everywhere. I love those little fuzzy babies they look like red fuzzy tennis balls with legs

Yes, both babies are still here. The other one was walking nearby with the other parent. I think it is such a wonderful sight.
