Also, I just remembered, there is a "semi-famous" therapy chicken named Mr. Joy in Charlotte, NC. I wonder if Mr. Joy would like to come visit Sanford to meet residents and show how friendly and fun having a pet chicken can be... Mr. Joy is used to strangers and is very friendly, according to the news stories about him. This morning I contacted a lot of media including Sam Champion (he does a green segment) and Ellen Degeneres. I went to that CNN i-report place but I dont know how to put the WRAL video on it. I contacted WRAL and asked but I am sure they keep it private. Thanks All.

Yes, Ellen Degeneres would love this story but I think her show is on summer vacation. She does love YOUTUBE if you can get a video made. GMA would be a good one, Fox News, CNN. I hope WRAL keeps on this story...that's a good way for national broadcasts to pick it up.

Anyone else see on WRAL comments the 4th comment on the 1st page by PikeMom? I'd love to personally tell her what a sad, pathetic person she is. She needs to get a life...how could someone post such drivel and get away with it. And yet they had to "approve" my nice comments before it was allowed to be published on the blog.
