Sanitize a cabinet?

We ended up getting a used GQF incubator and hatcher. Its one that was sitting a while, looks clean but probably should be sanitized? What would be safe to use on the metal parts?

I use Nolvasan S. It is a scented disinfectant that does not rust metal. You can get it unscented, but I like the scented, it has a really clean smell.
Texas Animal Health uses it to disinfect their boots, tires, and equipment that they use.

We have been using it for over 7 years now with no problems. I spray the coops with it when I clean them too.

i use oxine, when I run my incubator i even add a few drops to my humidity water to keep the bacteria out
