Dear Santa, I must have been a really good girl this year as I received tickets to go see the Rockettes! Thank you!!!

my dh's family is doing their thing tomorrow, christmas here will be dinner for dh, the 2 dd, mil, ail, and myself. I will spend all day in the kitchen as usual. what will I get under the tree? NOTHING !!! and I have been good too, but that is every year. Oh well it would just be nice to be appreciated for once but that is okay, as long as my family is happy then I am happy. What more could anyone ask for? besides its not my birthday and I want to give the best birthday present to him that I can. LOVE for him and family, and try to love everyone the best that I can. (korny huh?)

I want my grandma to be free of cancer and not have to get another batch of radiation treatments

I'd like a big dose of patience to help me in dealing with the elderly relative that lives with us. Lately they've been doing things that are solely to get attention from strangers at the cost of making us look like we don't care about or for her and I don't know how much more I can take, love her as I do.

I'd also like a clear answer to our prayers about a job/relocation issue that's coming up fast but I guess that's not your area as much as God's.

If you really want to grant a wish, cure cancer. I hate it.

We're continuing our tradition of inviting what we call 'strays' over for Christmas....single soldiers, people who live alone or who can't travel to be with their family this year, etc. It's always a great time and I'm thrilled we can do it again this year. It's going to be crowded and we may have to sit and eat in shifts

but I can't wait.

P.S. Please stop by here on Christmas Eve with baby chicks, a chicken coop (Not one of those ultra big ones, one that is big enough for me to keep at least 10 chickens in but small enough to fit in your sleigh- wait, your sack is bottomless. Okay, it has to fit under my tree, right?

) , a kit of chicken supplies to get me started, and a couple other gifts for me and then a Buzz Light Year action figure, Stunt Physo (misspelled?), a Super WHY action figure, and a Handy Manny and Tools kit for my brother Zeke.
