sapphire gems gender

as far as knowing if it had a white spot in hatchery, these were already taller than fresh out of the hatched egg so i'm not sure what it had then.

Not sure if they're actually Sapphire Gems, but they are both cockerels. Second looks like an Olive Egger. Where are they from?
say the second is a sapphire olive egger, does it still make it a roo? i googled what the sapphire olive egger looks like and it's the spitting image of that second picture.

Tractor Supply had these labeled as Sapphire Gems
Tractor Supply gets a lot of things mislabled... actually just recently I bought a straight run silver laced wyandotte, and now at 2 months old, I'm positive it's a golden laced wyandotte.
Also TSC commonly mislables Easter eggers as Ameraucana.

if we had known TSC had them mislabeled and that they were going to turn out to be roos and had we known L&M Supply had some that were labeled as sapphire gems, we would have gotten them at L&M like we did the other chicks we bought from there. at the time though, we didn't know L&M had them and we didn't know these were mislabeled and actually roos from TSC.
