My chiropractor is headed for the Upper Peninsula today/tonight. I hope arrives safely! What they've been saying on our local weather about what's coming to Michigan would make me cancel travel plans all together.

But, I'm a weenie when it comes to driving in bad weather.

Good Morning

Having my 2nd coffee in this high humidity weather/temperature

62F over there is 15C over here and sitting where I am, I do love the cooler/cold weather right now!

1st time ever yesterday I saw on our news the Turkey pardon by your President. That is a good looking turkey and he is now a free agent spare from death. I heard about this turkey pardon every year, but I have not seen it until yesterday.

My family will have ...no turkey, definitely no chickens on our festive meals..what will my feather kids be thinking if I do!!! they will be on strike, no eggs for months on end..hang on a minute, aren't they doing that already?

We only have Christmas over here and at the moment people are shopping for this festivity season. The inflation rate has risen so the interest rate will follow suit in no time.

The shops will complaint if people don't spend big for this festive season, people spend big causes high inflation and the reserve bank increases interest rate to ease on spending, everything just get expensive..so the cycle goes on.

In the mean time I got 5kg box of cherry tomatoes in perfectly good condition for $3, it was a give away price, the shop keeper says that they have over supply hence must sell it off quickly. I am

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! Safe travels if you're going anywhere today.

The high winds from yesterday have calmed down quite a bit. Even better, the power stayed on!

Here's hoping the Lions game goes well for the Lions. It won't be easy, and hubby will be stressed. I plan to find as many things as possible to do away from anywhere near/within hearing range of the TV. Which means going down to the basement (chilly) or outside (cold).

Sounds like I'll be working out and then sitting with the chickens.
