Sapphire Olive Egger Rooster?!

Please don’t break my heart and tell me my Agnes is an Andrew I bought a pair of Sappire Olive Eggers in April and this one’s comb is a little bigger than the other’s and has a bit of copper on her/his chest. Turned 10 weeks yesterday. If you have a young SOE rooster can you post pics please? Do their feathers change much after 10 weeks old?

The red on the neck is a feminine pattern, and while there is some comb & wattle development it's pink and still relatively small, my vote is Agnes

It is!? I was thinking the neck was a male indicator. That’s great!

I believe the male feather equivalent of this would be red hackles & saddles and the hackles are completely dark here

Ok thank you! I’ve had a heck of a time finding any consistency with SOE roosters when I search for photos.

I believe it's because they're not really an official breed, it's just a hatchery mix that'll hopefully lay an olive egg. Best of luck yours does!

You’re right. I guess I just need to be patient! And hopefully at least one of them lays an olive egg

This is Lil roo. I know really original. We just found out today at 10 weeks that he is a rooster when he crowed for the first time.

He’s got rust color in his chest too! Mine still hasn’t crowed and he/she’s 12 weeks today. The comb is still bigger than my other’s but not quite as dark and red as yours. Yours is so pretty! Love his fluffy cheeks!
