Sapphire Olive Egger Temperament

Hello everyone. I have an opportunity to get some Sapphire Olive Eggers from Hoover Hatchery. The website says they're a new breed so I was wondering in anyone has gotten any and can tell me about them. Especially their temperament as I have small children and any other information. Hope someone with Sapphire Olive Egger experience offers some information. I have and have had Sapphire Gems with great results -- pleasant, docile, pretty birds with extra-large eggs -- and am hoping to add a couple of Hoover's SOE's this spring. I'm hoping these other Czech girls have similar temperaments.
