Winter is almost arriving and my duck is still laying eggs. Is it possible to save the fertile eggs through winter and incubate them after winter?

Eggs start to lose fertility if kept out. After 7 days fertility will drop drastically even under ideal storage conditions.
Not to mention if kept that long, they will go bad and end up as stink bombs!
