Saxony Ducks for the table What to expect ?

I have brought in Saxony ducks for the coming breeding season and with 4 ducks laying I expect to breed alot of drakes.I have been doing a lot of research in regards using the surplus drakes for the table.Due to space and other breeds I ideally would be looking at killing and butchering them at the 8 week old mark.(Also advised if I dont do them at this age I am best to wait till they are 14 weeks old due to feathering) My question is what weigh approximately should I be getting of the drakes at 8 weeks old.Many Thanks for any and all input
