Scab on Pekin duck bill

Hello I have two Pekin ducks about three months old now. One of them has a dried scab on its bill, I gave them a nice bath and it's no longer dry. Need to know if it is cause for concern or if it will heal over time. I've tried looking up all the info I can, but haven't seemed to find much that can help me. It popped up over night it seems, she isn't acting any differently, eating and drinking fine with the same energy level as before.

My duck had an injury very similar to this. I took her to the vet who wasn't very concerned. She told me the injury was likely from my duck putting her bill through the wires on her aviary/coop to reach grass/bugs in the other side.

The vet had me put a thin layer of antibiotic ointment (like Neosporin) without pain medication on the bill injury twice daily. But she seemed very casual about it. It took months for my duck's bill to heal, but at checkups my vet was pleased with her recovery, so I believe bills heal slowly.
