Scabbing - sticktight fleas?

Hi all, I have an ISA brown laying hen, 2 yo, with scabbing on her face. Sorry I couldn't get a better photo. They seem to come and go, they'll heal and more appear, but always at least one present on the face. Sometimes on wattles and comb. This has been going on for a few weeks that I have noticed. I have seen no actual sticktight fleas. She has one other flockmate, also a 2yo ISA hen, also with minor scabbing on the face. Sticktight fleas or something else?

If it comes and goes, then likely it's small scabs from picking/pecking, rubbing against wire, etc. It's not unusual to see some minor scabbing from time to time.
