Scabs on Silver Laced Wyandotte

We have 12 hens - 3 each of 4 breeds. Our silver laced wyandotte hens all have scabs on their wings and one of them has a scab on her back. None of our other chickens are affected. Does anyone know what might be causing it?

* Did you have or 'borrow' a roo at some point?? Could be recovering damage from breeding. Or picking-- Did you lose or sell a "bully" recently??
