Scaly leg/mite question?

I'm pretty upset over the whole deal. I did call the girl I bought him from, and asked her to hold the other rooster from his same hatch. He is all white. Not as friendly, though

I am working on my "extra" coop. It'll serve as a breeding/quarantine/grow out coop. So no more dog kennels and make shift cages.

It's like those coons know when their is a slight opportunity/advantage....like they are little spies, one change in routine, and they strike! Good luck and I meant to tell you feel free to stay in touch. Is the white OK (mites/healthy)? Maybe he'll sweeten up on you as you work with him.
