scaly leg mites?

That honestly just looks like a regular chicken foot to me, maybe there's something people are seeing that I'm not? Usually with scaly leg mites the scales will be jutting out at 45° angles to the skin

I think I can just see a little on the top-but certainly don't look too bad, mind you I'm not an expert but my hens looked worse. Vegetable oil worked amazingly for me-vaseline was too messy and difficult, and I bought some "scaly leg remover" spray which I had really high hopes for, but went through two bottles of that with no improvement. Then tried the oil and worked fab.

I still can't see anything, I suppose even if it is scaly leg mites it would just be a very minor case and I guess a vegetable oil bath won't do any harm either way

Hmm. I thought maybe she had bumblefoot, but I don't really see anything on her foot that looks like the photos? I just can't figure out why she's not walking around. She doesn't limp when she walks, she just seems lethargic. She's eating and drinking, normal looking droppings (a bit runny but I'm in AZ so it's hot) but she won't even jump to roost at night. I thought maybe it was a calcium issue because they are all eating growing feed since I have a younger bird, but they have free choice oyster shells, although I never see her eat those. I put some electrolytes in their water but that didn't seem to help her.

I just gave her some scrambled eggs and she ate them. Maybe she's just lethargic from the heat. I'm going to keep putting rooster booster in their water for a few days. She seems to tolerate the heat less than my other birds, probably because she's black, and she's bigger than the other two. I don't want to treat her for leg mites if it doesn't look like she has them, I did spray some vetericyn wound spray on her feet, although they don't seem to be bothering her and I don't see anything that looks like a wound

Yes that looks like leg mites....look for other symptoms, such as weight loss through her chest when you pick her up, checking her crop for emptying overnight, making sure that she eats and drinks,

I agree with @Eggcessive it does look like Scaly leg mites. Not severe, but starting.
Since she is lethargic and is having trouble moving around and you find no indication of swelling/injury of the legs or bumblefoot - you need to try to check her over well.

When was the last time she laid an egg?
Does her abdomen feel like it's bloated, swollen or filled with fluid?

It could be that she is dehydrated from heat and hasn't eaten much since she is not feeling well. Getting her hydrated is most important so encourage her to drink the electrolyte water. Scrambled egg is good too.

It may be best to keep her in overnight so you can monitor her. Place a puppy pad underneath her to catch her droppings so you can examine them as well.

Could someone tell me where they see scaly leg mites because I don't see any at all It also doesn't look like she has bumblefoot to me.

I agree it is a good idea to check her abdomen for fluid, also check her crop.

Well it now appears that she's having yellow diarrhea, so something is going on. She's not drinking on her own but I gave her some meat baby food (just mean and broth) mixed in feed and she ate some of that, and I'm giving her water with probiotics with a syringe. I'm not sure if she has worms, or something else. I've never seen worms in any poop, and I don't regularly worm my girls, in fact I've never wormed them.

So have you checked her abdomen yet.? That would definitely make sense if she has yellow diarrhea... a bloated abdomen, yellow poop, and lethargy are all symptoms of egg yolk peritonitis

She doesn't lay, she hasn't laid an egg in I don't know, maybe a year and a half or longer. I can't really tell if she feels swollen or not.

Feel her belly between her legs and back a bit, does it feel squishy or like a water balloon or something? On a normal chicken there shouldn't really be any squishy belly to feel at all. If it is septic EYP, which is what it's sounding like to me personally, the bloating might not be as noticeable (as opposed to sterile EYP), and EYP chickens also don't lay. Do you have a vet nearby? The only way I know of to fully cure EYP is to get a suprelorin implant from a vet after they diagnose with EYP. However this can be expensive. If too expensive your best chances are antibiotics like Linco-Spectin or Baytril, both of which should be prescribed by the vet, as long as the diagnosis does end up being EYP.
