Scaly Leg Mites???

Hey y’all! I was just curious is this scaly leg mites on my 3 month old polish rooster? Or is it just an injury he may of encountered while in his coop.

I'm not certain what it is, but do not think it is scaly leg mites. Perhaps injury or a bacterial infection.

thank you! I will check in the coop tomorrow and see if I see what he may of cut his leg on. At least I think it’s a he lol
