Scaly leg mites?

First time chicken owner here. I have 4 pullets that are 14 weeks old today. All Easter eggers. I noticed their legs look a little flaky. Am I looking at the beginning of scaly leg mites? Or is this normal? I would appreciate any advice! Thanks!!

I would have to take a much closer look at the legs, but in case of any mites you might want to dip their legs in some kind of mineral oil that will suffocate any mites (And give their scales a bonus shine!).
