Scaly mites or Bumblefoot

Silkie was limping one day and the next she was sedentary. Not sure what it is. TIA

Hi,

How many silkies do you have? I ask, because if one's got SLM, they all do most likely. That doesn't look to me to be drastic enough to cause limping though. If you don't have a ton of them, I'd go in at night and slather their feet with vaseline, skip a day, do it again for a total of three nights. Then repeat this in 10 days. If you have a lot of silkies, so this is too much work, we've used Ivermectin 5% Pour On. That's expensive though if you just have a couple of birds.

Could that pink mark on the bottom of her foot be a sticker or sliver? Usually bumblefoot would feel hot to your touch and be a darker color.
