Howdy fellow chicken folk , I brand spanking new member and not quite sure what I doing but am trying... Love my little girls .. Probably more than I should but the joy and happiness they bring me make them very big part of my life !!! Oh dear .. They so precious and I truly hope someone in your group understands as no one else seems to .at least in the outside world ,, any way thanks for listening
 
Providence has smiled upon you - BOY did you end up in the right place. Nothing but poultry lovers* here and you can talk chicken till you are hoarse and no one with give you dirty looks, or make the 'crazy' gesture with their hands.

Plus we love to see photos of chicks, grand chicks etc. You are most welcome here at Backyard chickens. You are now free to be the chicken person you were meant to be.

* Also goats, ducks, rabbits, emus etc.

Yes, you have come to the right place! We all love our babies to pieces! My birds are like family members. They crave attention, love affection, love to lap sit and just look forward to me coming to visit them. I love sitting with them for hours just watching them interact. Just in love with my birdies!!
