All this Biosecurity talk has me bummed.... I think it is a great idea to swap and of course quarintine but on the same thought it doesn't sound like it would be good if we all became that nervous and didn't buy from eachother.
How do others feel? Their are tons of swaps going on...

If I did come-Id sell chicks-If I swapped or traded-Id secure them in my quar. coop for a long time -de-worm and such long before Id allow them into where my other birds are...

man, i was going to figure out a way to visit home (mechanicville,ny) in may but i wouldnt be able to get up there by the first weekend.and my husband would be annoyed to have livestock in the truck on the ride back to MO lol!

Hi all The answer is yes this swap will be happening as of this moment. The sale is the first sunday in may. there is a sellers fee it has gone up from a while ago its something like $15. There is a huge selection from many sellers every year. If I hear more info on the whole thing I will be sure to pass it along.
