Schlecht Hatchery Cornish X

I got Schlecht meaties for my last round of 50 and was very very pleased with them. Got a bunch of seven and eight pounders, which is impressive for a straight run!

Forgive me for reviving an old thread here, but .......

My friend and I will be ordering meat birds soon.

We're debating between ordering from Schlecht Hatchery, at just under $1 each and McMurray at approximately twice that. Needless to say, we are leaning toward Schlecht due to the upfront savings, but had never heard of them before.

For those of you who have ordered from them and were satisfied with them before, do those same feelings still apply? We're also curious about the health of the birds.
