School of the Mutants ~ RP ~ players needed

"History." Preston said as he looked at his schedule. after getting his books, he walked into the class room and sat down some what near Jamie. Class hadn't started yet so he turned in his seat and waved. 

Ryan followed him and sat next to him. He took out his book and idly flipped through the first pages. "I wonder how far in the curriculum the other students are..." he said quietly to Preston. He ran his hand through his hair and looked around him.

Jamie waved back at Preston and Ryan. She looked past them to the spot on the whiteboard where the teacher had written their lesson plan today. "Looks like we're in chapter 7, lesson four." she said to the boys, and started to read the first three lessonss of the chapter to catch up.

Ryan nodded and followed her example. It was on the Middle Ages. (That okay guys?)

Arron sat in class, trying to focus and not let his mind wander.

Amber turned to her and smiled shyly "It's alright. I'm Amber, what's your name?"

lucy smiled with relief and said, "i'm Lucy. i just got here yesterday morning. and my gifts are..." she slid her hand through her desk and continued speaking. " and i can communicate with animals." she smiled and put her books on her desk as she got out a pencil.

( what class are lucy and amber in again? i don't remember. )

Amber smiled "Once I learn how to I will be able to control the wind." She frowned "I can't control it yet" She added, then tensed up as a wind moved through the room, scattering papers before dying away again. Amber took a shuddering breath and dropped her head into her hands

"don't worry. i couldn't controll mine before. but with some practice i'm already better. if i can do it, you can do it. " lucy said pulling back and smiling. she looked to the front of the room as the bell rang and the teacher began to speak about sound and light waves.

Amber nodded and wiped at her eyes. She gave Lucy a weak smile and looked up towards the teacher, trying to listen to the lesson.
