It will get worse over the next weeks, and often beak trimming isn't enough. That's already advanced for her (?) age.
She needs a deep feeder, and a deeper waterer than some. She won't be able to pick things off the ground, or handle pellets or larger items. Plan on crumble or mash in a deep dish forever for her. Some pullets and hens are able to eat enough to do okay for a while; realize that egg laying is a huge metabolic stress on the hen, it's not just about maintenance.
Watch her weight, and rate of gain, and be ready to euthanize if she can't have a good life. Watching her starve is not humane!
