Ok all I could find in town are the 600 mg pills. They seem big to make a hen swallow it. I do have a pill cutter. Catching her will not be fun

It's not too big, you can just stick it in her beak and she'll swallow it just fine.

As for catching her, grab her off the roost at night, that's the easiest way

Had the same thoughts initially, but Frost is right. It might take a couple attempts if she spits it out. Gently pull down on the wattles to open her mouth and just pop it in.

I see the 600mg versions recommended most for large fowl, but they can be a little harder to find (at least in my area). Hope it does the trick!
