scrambled eggs

yes, I agree top knot...I tried the hot sauce and the butter and they were DELICIOUS!! I can't seem to get rid of the watery texture!!
 
Could be too much milk or cooking too long. They will get watery if left on the heat for too long. As soon as they are done remove from pan to plate.(I like to keep my plates warm so food stays warm!) Now you should try adding some dried onions, cheddar cheese and chopped ham or bacon etc. for an omelet. I don't make them fancy I cook them like scrambled eggs. Oooh so good! We make a pancake mix from scratch with flour that I grind. So we have pancakes with real maple syrup, eggs, and sausage or bacon on Sunday mornings!!
