scrambled eggs

I don't add milk or water as it will just ruin it as far as I am concerned lol! a little fresh cream may be nice but I just whisk up the eggs add some freshly ground salt and pepper melt a little butter in a non stick pan for a few mins just don't allow it to burn! add the eggs, give them a good stir until they are cooked, just don't over cook as this too will affect the flavour, I like mine to be rather wet than dry so it only takes a few minutes for them to cook, yum! I also like adding herbs such as chives or parsley to mine but that is up to personal taste

I don't add either one. Cook in butter or bacon grease. I just crack the eggs in the pan, mix them around, salt/pepper/garlic/onion and cook. I like mine well cooked, not runny at all, but that's just personal preference.
